While all Spectrum Threads jocks are customizable, we do offer standard sizes as well. The waist size for these stock size items are as follows:

24”-26” - XSmall

28”-30” - Small

32”-34” - Medium

36”-38” - Large

40”-42” - XLarge

44”-46” - XXLarge

48”-50” - XXXLarge

If you are an “in-between” size, it is best to choose the size down, and on the Custom Threads page, put your waist size and decide on the pouch size.

Pouch

Each Spectrum Threads jockstrap is available in four different pouch sizes, described below:

Yellow Pouch - up one size from the standard pouch, to accommodate a larger package, larger scrotum, or more comfort in the pubic area

Green Pouch - the “standard” size, more along the lines of current sizing from other brands

Blue Pouch - a downsized pouch, which can be used to enhance the outline of the wearer’s package.

Purple Pouch - our exclusive pouch designed for Transgender and nullified men, this is the world’s first pouch designed exclusively by Spectrum Threads
